To our Valued Clients, Vendors, and Employees:

We now all find ourselves in unprecedented and unfamiliar territory regarding the health and safety of our homes, our communities, and the world at large. It is indeed a difficult and challenging time, and the accommodations and measures we must take to stay healthy will alter our daily routines for at least the next few weeks.

The term “social distancing” has rapidly turned into the motto of the times. Scientists agree this is the most effective course of action. As a result, many are being encouraged to transition to remote or work-from-home scenarios.

For BC Solutions, and for all of you, there is good news. Deeply embedded in our business model is the notion that all BCS employees can work when needed, from wherever they are located, given a viable Internet connection. To that end, each BCS Senior Consultant and Validation Analyst already works remotely and is well-equipped to continue to do so. This ensures no disruption to any of our current or future project work. Our operational capacity has not been, and will not be, affected in any way.

Please know the small group of BCS team members who typically work in the office are also familiar and capable of working in non-office environments. Choosing to focus first on health and well-being, we are taking every prescribed precaution to stay healthy and productive. Therefore, effective Tuesday, March 17, we will be moving to individual remote workspaces until it is deemed no longer necessary.

We shall continue to monitor the developing situation and follow the science-based advice from the Centers for Disease Control, World Health Organization, and National Institutes of Health. As members of the global community, we ask everyone around us to do the same.
